Key person’s:

  • Sri.K Ramesh Reddy, a Masters degree holder in Civil Engineering and PG Diploma in Management, worked at Priyadarshini Cements Limited, IDL, A&M, AMR India Limited and Sushee Infra and Mining, for 33 Years and worked in different positions’ from Graduate Engineer to CEO. Associated with construction of Industrial projects like PCL, Reliance Jamnagar Phase-II, Utkal Alumina and many Mining Projects for big corporates in India. At present takes care of Company strategy and Business Development.
  • Sri K Sudarshan reddy: A civil engineer with 30 years experience in the construction field with Sri T Subba Rami Reddy’s own constructions projects like, His own house, Park Hayath Hotel, Maheshwari Mall at Kachiguda X Roads and other projects. He looks after Engineering, Construction, Quality and Resource procurement. He is involved in construction activities of 20 Flats at Nagole (2010), 8 Flats at Sainikpuri (2015), 8 Flats at Bandlaguda (2017) , 10 Flats at Mallapur (2019) and 10 Flats at Kushaiguda (2020).
  • Sri. K Satyanarayana Reddy A Civil Engineer from Mysore University. Started construction business from 1996. He has promoted and partnered in VIN Projects, SS Constructions, SS Avenues. Currently Managing Partner in Sameeksha Builders. He is a member of Confedaration of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Builders Association of India and Grater Hyderabad Builders Association (GEBA). Looks after Company strategy, Project planning and Business finance.
  • Sri. P Karunakar Reddy: A Civil Engineer and Masters Degree holder in Computers, USA return, Retired from Cisco, Joined the Group. Looks after Systems, Finance, Budgeting, and Project monitoring.
  • Sri. KV Ranga Reddy: Joined the industry 2016 after retirement from the Govt Job. Looks after Accounting, Budgeting, Costing and Material Procurement. Associated in Bandlaguda (2016), Mallapur (2019) and ECIL (2020) projects.
  • Sri K Siddhartha Reddy A graduate engineer from Matha Amruthanandamai University. Involved in construction management of the projects. Takes care of Construction, Resource and Inventory management.
  • Sri K Yeshwantha Reddy A graduate engineer from Osmania University. Involved in construction management of the projects. Takes care of Construction, Resource and Inventory management.
  • The team is having technically qualified persons as partners and are Financially sound. Recent projects were offered for sale to the customers, only after the Occupancy certificate received.
